Liesa Jenkins, MA
Executive Director
Liesa has served as Executive Director of ONE Tennessee since 2020, bringing deep experience in non-profit organizations, program and resource development, and community engagement.
Prior to joining ONE Tennessee, Liesa served as Director of the Division of Health Disparities at the Tennessee Department of Health, where she was responsible for oversight of funding to address health disparities for rural, minority and underserved populations, and served as a member of the Governor’s Rural Task Force as chair of the Health Committee.
Derrick LaRue, PharmD
Director of Academic Detailing Services
Derrick joined the organization in January 2022 as an Academic Detailer and Regional Coordinator for Middle Tennessee, and was appointed Director in 2024. With more than two decades of experience in pharmacy and healthcare, Derrick is a pharmacist, educator, and speaker passionate about improving patient outcomes through evidence-based education, collaboration, and healthcare professional development. He is a NaRCAD-trained Academic Detailer and holds a NaRCAD Academic Detailing Train-the-Trainer Certification. His work focuses on pain management, substance use disorder, harm reduction, opioid stewardship, medication safety, and reducing stigma through provider and community education. Derrick earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Pharmacy.
